I'm a decisive, analytical leader with 20+ years across refrigeration, drives, quality systems, and industrial aftersales. I've worked for companies like Danfoss, Maersk Container Industry, Multi-Wing, and Advansor — leading teams, building quality frameworks, and getting complex technical systems from factory floor to field performance.

What sets me apart is the combination of strategic leadership and hands-on technical depth. I don't just manage from a distance — I understand the systems, speak the engineering language, and have the operational instinct to know when something's about to go wrong before it does.

More recently, I've added a self-taught dimension: building a full suite of production-grade field engineering tools from scratch — commissioning apps, AI-powered service reports, expense trackers — tools my team actually uses every day. No IT department. No budget. Just a problem worth solving.
